Delivery time: Next working day, including Saturdays (Not guaranteed)  

Free UK Delivery:
Orders that qualify for free delivery will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class with a delivery time of 1-2 days.

 
SUBSCRIPTION BOXES
 
You will receive your goodie box of tea around 1st Friday of each month give or take a few days depending on holidays.
 
For recurring payments, your card will get charged towards the end of each month but no earlier than 28th. 
 
If it’s your first purchase from us, we’ll charge your card immediately and send out your first subscription box the next working day. If this date is within the 10 days leading up to your fixed monthly re-billing date, you will not have an order generated on the upcoming re-billing date.
 
We use Stripe to process our payments. All transaction information passed between Primrose Hill Teas and Stripes systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. Stripe are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, this is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to Primrose Hill Teas from Stripes is signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to us or Stripes servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
